SMS Program Terms

These terms apply when you opt in to text messages from Sunbuilder Consulting LLC, in addition to our Privacy Policy.

Program description

Sunbuilder Consulting LLC sends text messages about your inquiry and our services: strategy call scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, and replies to your questions. If you separately opt in, we may also send occasional marketing messages about our services.

How you opt in

By entering your mobile number in the chat window on our website and checking the text message consent box shown there. The box is optional and unchecked by default. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You must be the account holder or regular user of the number, and at least 18.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and account activity.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply, as set by your mobile carrier. We do not charge for the messages.

Opt out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again.

Help

Reply HELP to any message, or contact us using the details below.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes

We may change or end the SMS program. Material changes to what you receive will require your consent again.
