Sunbuilder Consulting LLC (“Sunbuilder”, “we”, “us”) is a consulting firm that sets up and runs AI staff for owner-operated service businesses. This policy explains what we collect through this website and our communications, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Information you give us: your name, business name, email address, mobile phone number, anything you write in our forms, and your text message consent choices.
• Information collected automatically: basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and the time of your visit, used to keep the site secure and working.
• Consent records: when you opt in to text messages we record the date and time, the page, your IP address and the exact consent wording you agreed to, so we can prove your consent.

How we use it

• To respond to your request and schedule your strategy call.
• To provide, manage and improve our services.
• To send text messages you have agreed to receive: appointment confirmations, reminders and replies to your questions, and marketing messages only if you separately agreed to them.
• To meet legal obligations and protect against fraud and abuse.

Mobile information and text messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who host our website and customer records or help us run our business, under confidentiality obligations and only to provide services to us; when required by law; or as part of a merger or sale of our business. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Retention and security

We keep your information for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations. SMS consent records are kept for at least four years after your last interaction. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving them.
• Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
• Contact us to access, correct or delete your information.

Children

This website and our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes to how we use mobile information will require your consent again.
